What’s included—and what isn’t
The package comparison describes our planned service. Inquiries are open; paid service, separate client account access and reporting are not yet active.
Which platforms will you manage?
The planned packages cover Instagram Business or Creator accounts and Facebook Pages—not personal profiles. Client-specific connections, scheduling and publishing must be activated and tested before service begins. They are not live today.
What counts as a post?
A post is one feed content piece, with a visual, caption and hashtags. The same piece can be adapted for Facebook and Instagram. Package counts are 8, 12 or 20 total pieces—not that many for each network.
What does content creation mean?
The planned workflow combines branded layouts, promotional graphics, captions and hashtags with your approved business photos. It does not include photography, filming, invented before-and-after results or fabricated testimonials.
Are TikTok, Reels or Stories included?
No video or Stories allowance is currently offered. Growth’s proposed TikTok support is caption and content-idea assistance, not filming, video editing or publishing. Complete’s proposed TikTok publishing is unavailable and is not offered at launch. Neither is a verified live service.
What is basic engagement monitoring?
For Growth and Complete, the planned scope is reviewing comments on managed posts and flagging questions for you to answer. We do not respond to comments, manage direct messages, provide customer support or promise round-the-clock monitoring.
What will a performance report show?
Growth and Complete are planned to include monthly post activity, reach and engagement where the connected network supplies those figures. Reporting is not active yet. Missing figures will be marked unavailable, never estimated or invented.
What do I need to provide?
You provide original photos and, if a video scope is agreed later, original video clips. You also provide accurate services, offers, booking links, brand preferences and approvals. No social passwords are requested in the inquiry form.
Who owns the content?
You retain ownership of your original photos, videos and business materials. You must have permission from anyone pictured and rights to use supplied media. We use those materials to prepare your approved content; public portfolio use requires separate permission. Final-content usage terms will be confirmed before payment.
